Welcome to Doukan.shop (the "Site"), the first and only platform dedicated to buying and selling auto parts in Kenya. Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Kenyan Rules of International Commercial Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Site. By continuing to use the Site after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and doukan.shop and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and doukan.shop.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

The failure of doukan.shop to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
