At doukan.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, less any applicable shipping and handling fees.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

- Electrical parts
- Parts that have been installed or modified

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or are received after the 14-day return period has expired.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your items.
